Certificate expiry date (so that we may contact you to remind you to renew your certificate)

Details of any medical conditions (so that we can manage risks and support your wellbeing during the course - these will only be recorded if we need to undertake a written risk assessment and only with your explicit consent)

Details of any conditions that may affect your ability to learn (so that we can use appropriate teaching and learning strategies for you - these will only be recorded if required by the qualification Awarding Organisation)

A copy of your CV, relevant certificates and CPD log (to help us assess your competence and confirm your training, education and registrations)

5. How We Use Your Information

In order for learners to be awarded with a qualification, and during quality assurance activity, we may share the following details with the relevant Awarding Organisation:

Assessments and result
We use online storage solutions (such as Microsoft OneDrive and Bigin by Zoho) to store your information, third-party providers (such as Microsoft 365, MailChimp, FreeAgent and Nimble) to communicate with and provide services to you. We only use large, reputable organisations with stringent privacy policies.
6. Images and Video
We may take photographs or video during a course. These images and video may be used as a record of assessment, for Internal Quality Assurance, in presentations and in online marketing activity. Individual learners will be asked for consent for this at the start of their course and will not be recorded if they do not give this consent.
7. Data Security
We are committed to ensuring that the data you provide is handled securely and have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial processes to safeguard your information.
8. Online Analytics
We routinely analyse the data from our ads, website, social media and other platforms to help us to create better marketing, products and services.
Cookies are small files that are placed on your computer's hard drive. Cookies help websites to analyse traffic and visitors and help sites respond to you as an individual.
We use cookies to identify how our customers find us, which pages are being used on our site and analyse visitor behaviour through statistics.
9. Links to Other Websites
You may encounter a link to an external website page whilst visiting our website or social media pages. If the link is to a website that is operated by a third party you should know that we have no control over that website and as such cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of your data or information you provide whilst visiting the site.
10. Controlling Your Information
All email marketing campaigns will provide the opportunity to manage your preferences or unsubscribe from the mailing list.
You may request details of personal information that we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please contact us.
If you believe that any information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, or if you would like to restrict how we process your data, then please write to or email us as soon as possible.
11. Deleting Your Information
If you would like us to delete the information that we hold about you, then please write to or email us as soon as possible.
If you have completed a course with us and we delete all or some of the information that we have about you, we may not be able to confirm that we have issued you with a certificate or qualification.
If the data contains financial information, we may not be able to delete it immediately, as we are required by law to keep financial records for 6 years.
